Summary:
Jeff continues working on the pool house with Lamorne's friend and designer, Morgan, but the two are on different pages when it comes to certain design choices. New client and actor Anthony Anderson hires Jeff to wrangle an extensive front yard renovation that is a year late and over budget, while Wilmer's sentimental attachments get in the way of Jeff's plan to make room for new furniture.
