A machete-wielding man on an e-bike causes mayhem on the streets of Northamptonshire and after a chase he eventually escapes the officers on foot - but it doesn't take long for police dog Ebby to sniff him out. Paul and Sam locate a vehicle bearing cloned plates on the M1, while Lloyd and Harrison pull over a motorist who's known to persistently drive without a licence. But this time, they have more reason to be suspicious of his behaviour.
