Smallville S06E01 and CSI S07E02 out yet?

are these episodes released yet? i searched on mininova and here, but i only
found the csi episode with 5.1 dolby surround.

the smallville is nearly unwatchable because it is so full of macroblocks.
let's hope eztv can release a version in hr. i'm not a member of filelist
or demonoid in case someone suggests that. i feel you have to give up too
