informing me that they know I
had downloaded illegal

content and that I could lose my
internet if I continue to do this

Get rid of your vpn and use a cloud torrent client. ALL anonymous ALL of the time.

Yes it was my mistake not to
use my VPN while downloading the
file I have never had a
issue before
but now I will not take that chance
and will always use my VPN

OMG! You're not comprehending! A VPN will not save you in the end. Using a cloud client means you NEVER get
involved w/dnldg at all.

VPN's are old news and OLD SCHOOL.

Yeah, so is Vuze if you have a Debrid account and can get the torrent to download that way.

I only use Vuze if it will not get past 0%. lol.

I have to tell you though when I started using a VPN.

It was 2013. From 2008-2013, my service provider never caught on.

Then, of all the films I downloaded, Frozen, they sent me an email like that person above stated.

I did my research and that problem was solved.
