Private messages error 404

Hello good day everyone I haven't logged in for a long time I like all the new updates they're really cool. It says I have 4 private messages and when I click the link to try and see them I get an error 404 is there any way to see my messages? I had several friends here a couple of years ago and the messages could be from them I would appreciate being able to reply even if it has been a extremely long time. Thanks guys/girls hope all has been well on here on eztv.
