yes, it is. in fact is an double-and-half episode 'cause the runtime is about 2.2 hours (unconfirmed)

downloading ep 17 right now, almost done with the two parts, wanted to be able to get straight on to
downloading 18, but it's going to take a lot longer if i have to re-download 17 with it.

thanks but i've just decided to go with the 720 release. it seems odd to use cds when they're pretty
much obsolete.

man, this download was going great (400-500kb/s) now its down to 28kb/s and has 12 hours remaining...

the reason it takes so long is because people are greedy, they just download it and switch off
