you know i didn't want to blunty come out and say this.. but.. after 3 seasons something has to be said!

what the fuck is a black chick playing the role of gwen for! i mean come the fuck on! the "story" revolved
around the early medieval times, and for obvious reasons she was never depicted as black.

besides... the story goes merlin met arthur when he pulled the sword. and helped him rule with might and
what not. i love the show but they could of done better.

not sure if you saw it or not but it was once mentioned that it's
a re-telling of the story, not going by the original plot.

also, i remember that gwen was supposed to be beautiful,
the girl playing her is ugly, well to me anyway.

its the 20th century, every show has to have a token black person. it keeps the minorities happy.
both gwen & merlin starred in a dr. who episode together, the brits seeing an excellent team placed
them both in their own show.. and well they couldn't very well make her morgana so....

you people obviously have never heard of the moors. moors were of african and middle eastern origin
and lived in europe dring the middle ages. in fact there is a moor called morien who was a heroic
knight supposed to have lived during the time of king arthur. morien is described as "all black: his
head, his body, and his hands were all black."

so, let's just reign in the ignorant racism, shall we?
