always enjoyed survivor. but gotta say this season has been a total waste of time

sounds like you've burnt out on the series.
i'm enjoying this season and the ratings suggest that lots of other people are too.
try skipping a year or two then try again...

there's nothing in it to justify calling it "survivor" any more.
nowadays it's pure soap opera.

first seasons were good. after that, it's been downhill...

true, it is less and less about surviving the elements and more of a soap opera, social experiment, that
just happens takes place outdoors, on an island, without running water, toilets, and fast food
restaurants. it's a soap opera that has survived 24 seasons with decent ratings and viewership.
certainly not for everyone, but what show is?
