why are the 300mb downloads out of sync ?

sync issues have absolutely nothing to do with file size.

this release is not out of sync.
(e07 was, but only briefly, and it went unnoticed or nuked by the scene)

if you personally are experiencing sync issues with this release then you may need assistance
troubleshooting your pc/mac, adjusting your player settings, resolving conflicting or missing codecs,
etc. there are many possible causes.
