i remember when kids tv dramas were serious, intelligent and well written.
for example -
all the gerry anderson stuff (thunderbirds, space 1999, ufo)
thunderbirds - altho acted entirely by puppets the quality was that of a full film, amazing stuff
the tomorrow people
the champions - think mission impossible meets heroes

children of the stones
and many more

basically a sarah jane reboot from davies. i only really watched sarah jane for the who connection.
