star wars rebels is an animated series produced by lucasfilm and lucasfilm animation. set 14 years after star wars
episode iii: revenge of the sith and 5 years before star wars episode iv: a new hope, rebels takes place during an
era when the galactic empire is securing its grip on the galaxy and hunting down the last of the jedi knights while a
fledgling rebellion against the empire is taking form.

they just couldn't continue the clone wars... they had to do this disney star wars .

what i didn't like about this -
*all the characters except for the protagonist seems small, as though they are proportioned like
teenagers.
* 0 action choreography ... they could have blasted him a million times in that scene but for some
unknown reason they didn't shoot until it was too late. clearly they didn't go through any combat training
* storm troopers don't sound like storm troopers, they sound like teenagers with a downsized storm
trooper costume

rendering is good, animation is good but overall the series targets little kids which is kind of sad.
clone wars did that in part but managed to stay relevant for the adult and teenager audience with a style
that was true to star wars (and arguably better than the prequel trilogy).

i assume these shorts are character intros or something that they play as commercials on disney xd.
otherwise disney is really early with fucking it up.

why are these shorts being posted up here and not the episode that came out? you can watch these for free anywhere. i had to
d/l the episode elsewhere and the audio was a bit jumpy. also, to those complaining about the show itself, you do realize this is
a cartoon aimed towards kids, right?

only the shorts are available...as a run up to the first season.
s01e01 does not premiere until friday oct 03, 2014 (date varies depending on location)

scene thing, but i
understand you only want top quality stuff here. just wondering why it wasn't on here when there's

yes, a couple of shity non-scene independent webrips with
audio issues did appear on tpb and a few other torrent sites.

however...

the scene did not cap the online early preview from watch disney xd
eztv only torrents scene releases
when the scene releases it, eztv will torrent it.


eztv does not cap (record) tv shows and has no control over what shows or what episodes are
chosen by the scene, or the container (file format), the video resolution (sd or 720p), or the
season/episode numbering scheme, etc.. these are all functions of the scene. eztv is a torrent
distribution group only. eztv has no contact with "the scene". if the scene does not cap and
release it, then there is nothing for us to torrent.
