season 11?? i thought we were on season 10??

yes, it is confusing.

the season and episode number varies depending on what tv listing site you look at. with this
show the season and episode production codes do not match the broadcast season and episodes
numbers. eztv uses the season/episode numbers assigned by the scene.

on october 20, 2014, american dad! moved from the fox network to tbs network.
i assume this is why the scene has given the series a new season number, starting with 11x01
