Hello, everyone!
I, too, have the same problem.
I've joined the swarm at various times of the day and, although the Peer count is extremely
elevated, everybody is stuck at the same download percentage - 11.6%
Lots of "available" Seeds, but none connected to the swarm (I fail to understand how this would be
possible for everyone else, at the same time as for myself). They can't all be H&R, can they?
Is it possible that something in the .torrent itself is preventing the Seeds from connecting and
staying connected to the swarm?
