Megusta releases

Hi

Does anyone know why all the megusta releases in the last few weeks have had the 720p releases larger in size than
the 1080p releases ?

I have never seen this in the past with any releases , megusta and others. The 720p release is always smaller than the
1080p release.

A quick check of the bitrate using media players does show the 720p releases with a slightly higher bitrate than the
1080p releases.

They seem to have the same sound encoding.

Does this mean the the 720p releases are better quality ?
Is the labelling wrong ?

Yep noticed that too but I can only agree but can't explain as I am not that savvy on tech stuff.

Well seems like no takers to offer explanation so in meantime just enjoy bigger res at "less cost" in data usage.
